Voodoochilli Hosting Terms and Conditions

Minimum Term

The minimum contract term for hosting with us is 6 months. You can move your domain to another hosting provider at anytime but will be required to pay for at least 6 months of service. If you have paid for yearly hosting, no refund will be given should you decide to move after payment.

Bandwidth allocation

Each domain is entitled to a maximum of 10 gigabytes of bandwidth per month. Should you need more than this you may wish to consider a dedicated server. 10 gigabytes is more than enough for most websites.

Disclaimer

We are not directly responsible for the servers for the hosting accounts. In our experience the hosting is more than adequate for our needs and we have seen a consistent uptime of over 99.9%. We cannot be responsible for any loss of profit or inconvenience should your site be offline for a while. We will however strive to remedy any such problems if they arise.
